It was an ambitious plan- to shift from ‘gigs’ to “concerts”, to focus on composing and rehearsing new material. January was cold, and I had a small piano house concert in Eau Claire in February. Like other musicians and performing artists…all the best laid plans….

As crazy as it sounds, I am still determined to put on concerts. Now, I am reading voraciously, playing with my piano writing squiggly little graphs of sound, with texts and sketches. Talking to my dear friends.

Remember. Put down your damn phone and look at the moon !
